Casper is an AI property search tool that proactively searches property and arranges viewings. You tell him what you're looking for - budget, location, what matters, what doesn't - and he monitors listings across agency sites on your behalf.
When something relevant comes up, he emails you. No more refreshing property websites hoping something new appears. If a listing catches your eye, tell Casper and he'll book a viewing directly with the agent.
Everything happens over email. There's no app to download and no dashboard to check. Casper comes to you.
Casper is not a licensed real estate agent or salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. We're a tool that helps you run your own search on your own terms.
We don't earn commission and have no financial relationship with any vendor or agency. Our only job is to help you work faster and smarter - which means our incentives are entirely aligned with yours.
Casper does not autonomously do anything without your permission. Every action is okayed by you first.
Yes. We don't share your information with agents, mortgage brokers, banks, or anyone else - unless you explicitly ask us to make an introduction. Any time Casper connects you with someone outside our platform, we confirm with you first.
We don't feed your data into external AI systems. Casper runs within our own infrastructure, so your conversations and preferences stay inside our platform. We don't sell your data. Full stop.
