You describe what you're after — budget, location, must-haves — and Casper monitors agency listings on your behalf. When something fits, he emails you. If you want a viewing, reply and he'll book it. No app, no dashboard. Everything over email.
Casper is not a licensed real estate agent. He earns no commission and has no relationship with any vendor or agency. He won't do anything without your say-so first.
